A Selection of Scotch, English, Irish, and Foreign Airs, adapted for the Fife, Violin or German Flute; printed and sold by I.A. Aird, Glasgow (?1780?)
Andy Hornby found these in the museum of the King's Own Regiment, in Lancaster. Thanks to them for their permission to put it here, and to Andy for passing them on to me.
In its entirety, the collection consisted of 6 volumes; there are only 3 here because that's what was found in the Lancaster museum and what I have access to. Jack Campin has done a more thorough job on this, and his transcriptions of all 6 volumes can be found on his website, http://www.campin.me.uk.
